Orders and Delivery Times
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. UkBikeGear.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. When paying by debit/credit card, your first order MUST be shipped to your card's billing address. First orders are automatically sent to your billing address with subsequent deliveries allowed elsewhere.
All orders are normally processed within 1 working day. Expect approximately 5-7 working days to receive your order. If there is a problem with your order or the item is out of stock with either ourselves or the relevant supplier, you will receive a call or email within 1 business day from the time the order was placed.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Carriage prices quoted are to the UK mainland only, should you require delivery to any other destination, please contact us before placing your order. Delivery times can be affected by forces outside of our control, although every effort is made to ensure you receive your order within stated times. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery times.
Although we make every effort to avoid mistakes on our website, we are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked prices.
From time to time, items that are displayed on our website are discontinued by the manufacturer without notice to ourselves therefore all items are subject to availability. We will always endeavour to fulfil any order placed with us but in the event of our inability to source an item, a full refund will be offered.

Returns/Exchange Policy
The return/exchange of merchandise can be made within 7 days of receipt with prior approval ONLY. If the claim is due to damage or shortage you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier to inspect. NO merchandise can be returned/exchanged once installed. You MUST CALL FIRST before returning/exchanging an item. Items returned/exchanged without prior authorization WILL NOT be accepted or credited. The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in sellable condition with all tags/labels attached. Returned/exchanged merchandise shipping cost will be paid for by the customer and all merchandise is subject to a minimum 5% restocking cost or actual restocking charge from the manufacturer, whichever is greater. Discontinued or clearance items CANNOT be returned/exchanged, no exception. Once a return/exchange authorization number is issued, the return/exchange must be in possession of UkBikeGear.com within 5 working days.
Remember, an exchange is considered to be a return and will be subject to the same terms.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days from receipt in which to inform us of the fault and return it to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Return/Exchange Procedure
Contact a UkBikeGear.com Representative via email to have a return/exchange authorization number issued.
All merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sold.
Once issued the Return/Exchange Authorization number must be displayed on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the original packaging.
Returns/exchanges must include the customer's written name, address, phone number and reason for the return/exchange.
Merchandise must be returned/exchanged undamaged, with no marks on the original manufacturer packaging.
All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, improper packaging and/or missing parts. UkBikeGear.com retains the right to issue a credit at its sole discretion. All returns/exchanges (regardless of reason) should be returned via a trackable postage method to ensure receipt. Uk Bike Gear will not accept responsibility or issue a refund for any returns/exchanges not received by Uk Bike Gear.
Damage in Transit
Any damage to your box and/or its contents from shipping should be reported directly to the freight carrier. UkBikeGear.com is not responsible for shipping damages.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.
Order Cancellation
In the event that an order is cancelled by the customer for ANY reason, UkBikeGear.com WILL charge a 15% cancellation fee.
Shop & Save
We reserve the right to amend the amount of discount offered and to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notification.
Price Match
We will endeavour to match and where possible beat a competitor's price including any shipping charges. This offer extends to both online and retail shops that are based in England, Scotland or Wales. This offer is not guaranteed, there may be times we cannot match or beat a price. We reserve the right to end this offer without prior notification.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have a further 7 days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by UkBikeGear.com, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.
