We aim to despatch orders within one to two working days, however occasionally due to high demand for certain products this may be slightly longer. We ask our customers to expect to wait between five to seven working days for delivery (although we always strive to deliver sooner!).
ReturnsWith the exception of helmets, clearance and special order/personalised items (see below), we will accept returns within 7 working days of receipt. Any return must be received by us in a condition which would be acceptable to our supplier for return i.e as supplied and re-saleable. Helmets, Exhausts and Special Orders
- As helmets are safety items that cannot be re-sold, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
- Special order and personalised items cannot be accepted for return or exchange unless faulty. You will be notified prior to despatch of your order if any item is Special Order.
